  • The average project (2,000 sq. ft. or less) takes roughly 6–8 weeks to complete. This is for projects that only need interior styling services (furniture, accessories, household items).

    We can usually pull together the design concept phase in 2–2.5 weeks, and then we give another 2 weeks for all the furniture to come in (in case there are any delays or damages that need to be taken care of).

    We use the last two weeks for any design installations (such as wallpaper, accent walls, etc.), and the final week we install! We would like to leave an extra 2 weeks for any unexpected delays.

  • No. As a design firm, we work continuously with a variety of vendors and suppliers. Our trade discounts are offered to our business by our vendors because we use their products on a regular basis. Our trade discounts are also an additional revenue source for our business.

    With that being said, we do not receive a discount on every item, and we do not mark up the products you are buying. You, as an investor, are paying the exact retail price anyone else would pay. As a design firm, we do not buy wholesale; we only work with retail vendors.
