    Our tailored space planning and drafting services help clients plan every detail—from furniture and electrical layouts to fixture placement, custom built-ins, millwork, and more. We prioritize clear communication to ensure everything is thoroughly planned before construction begins. While we primarily specialize in residential projects, we are also open to selected commercial projects.

  • 3D Renderings

    Our 3D renderings enhance the concept phase bringing your project to life. This allows out clients to visualize their space before it's built, showcasing how colors, materials, millwork, and built-ins will come together and giving them a clearer idea of how the space will look once completed.

  • Short Term Rental Design

    Available to investors and property managers who are looking to elevate the appearance of their space. Whether it be full scale renovation or a refresh on a existing property. Our design approach blends a harmonious yet functional approach causing you to stand out among the vast market.

  • We hired Jennalee to help us design an outdoor bathroom and kitchen space. We had some unique issues working around support columns which could not be moved. Jennalee designed the space for us, considering both the support issues and the components we wished to include in the design. She provided both a design diagram for us and a diagram to scale for plumbing and electrical construction. The new kitchen flows well, design is integrated, and all of our design wishes were met. We could not be more pleased.
